Do I need a consultation before buying a product?
Not for most off-the-shelf items like ankle, wrist and lumbar supports. If you have a more complex need, such as a prosthesis, orthosis or a device that needs fitting, book a consultation first so a specialist can assess you.
How do I get matched with a specialist?
Book a consultation and tell us what you need. We connect you with an HPCSA-registered orthotist or prosthetist suited to your case.
Are your products covered by medical aid?
This depends on the product and your medical aid plan. Check with your provider before ordering if you plan to claim.
How long does delivery take?
