What is ProsthetiLink?
ProsthetiLink connects patients with HPCSA-registered orthotists and prosthetists, and gives access to selected off-the-shelf orthotic products such as braces and supports.
Do I need a consultation before buying a product?
Not for most off-the-shelf items like ankle, wrist and lumbar supports. If you have a more complex need, such as a prosthesis, orthosis or a device that needs fitting, book a consultation first so a specialist can assess you.
How do I get matched with a specialist?
Book a consultation and tell us what you need. We connect you with an HPCSA-registered orthotist or prosthetist suited to your case.
Are your products covered by medical aid?
This depends on the product and your medical aid plan. Check with your provider before ordering if you plan to claim.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days across South Africa, with tracking provided for every order.
What if the product doesn't fit or isn't right for me?
